I like the new art style very much. It's simpler than SFIV, and in a way that I think will benefit the experience greatly when seen in motion.

@Dustin DePenning: Now that you mention it... just what is that blue Yoshi in the background spitting out?
@Master_Odin: I've had the very same happen to me. I once had a woman ask me where my accent was from. I've lived in Massachusetts my whole life, and was two towns over from where I live at the time. She seemed puzzled when I told her I told her it was from right here.
Ugh. I'm so sick of everyone insinuating that Mario is "riding" Yoshi in the sexual sense.
@daytown: You should take all these folks advice and check out Super Princess Peach. It's a very amusing and satisfying platformer where you play the whole game as everyone's favorite damsel in distress.
@DaemonGildas: I had exactly the same thought when I first picked it up!
@Edge of Blade: Normally I'd agree with you, but I think they can get away with it in this case. From the beginning, this game was marketed almost as an expansion pack to the original Galaxy. I don't think anyone went into Galaxy 2 with any expectations other than "more levels".
@TheAwkwardTurtle: Well, we all have our own tastes. Based on the almost universally (pun unintentional) positive reactions from both fans and critics, I think it's fair to call Galaxy 1 and 2 "good" games.
@ryangreen02: The GameCube actually was very successful, even though it didn't always seem that way. It wasn't as popular with the hardcore gaming crowd due to lackluster third-party support, but families and more casual players (not to mention the Nintendo-faithful hardcore) consumed huge amounts of 'Cube.
@Atomsk88: I used to do the same thing! I used to ask the most ridiculous questions, too. I would write asking about story elements to games that were totally irrelevant to the gameplay itself. Still, I would always get a very friendly letter back addressing my questions, and they even once sent me a strategy guide…
@SgtZach: Didn't capitalize the W in "wow", "loose" instead of "lose", and no period at the end. Your comment gets a C.
@halfpastbored: Hey, your right!
Any word on whether Doom II is coming to PSN? If it were, it might actually pull me away from SMG2 for a few minutes.
@Face Imploder: I don't think it's so bad. This is pretty much how he's sounded in every game since Yoshi's Story.
Jack, you've created a time paradox!
Oh, man. This is a tough one. So many sequels occupy spots on my list of favorites. A few of them, in alphabetical order:
@MyPonyRocks: Yeah, that's PS3 you're thinking of. You can connect up to 7 controllers/devices, but I think it only supports 4 simultaneous DualShocks. The other 3 can be Rock Band instruments, Blu-Ray remotes, or other things of the sort.
I work for Newbury Comics up here in New England, and we almost always carry these convention "exclusives".
@Keir Knight: Man, a rechargeable batter kit would be excellent. I'd love to make pancakes while I play Mario Galaxy.
@MyPonyRocks: There are a few games for Wii that support more than four players, but they require a combination of Wii and GameCube controllers. The machine itself can only connect to up to four of each at a time.
