@postcards: If we pretend Snake's Revenge never happened (which we all should), then no, I don't think so. At least, nothing that I've played.

@mfwahwah: Oh, I know it's not all of their stores. But I, for one, am not upset to see their numbers beginning to thin out.
@Kobun: The DS has a touchpad, which for purposes here, works just as well as a keyboard. As sweenish has mentioned, navigating a keyboard interface with a controller is cumbersome. And while the game could support keyboard peripherals, that wouldn't be very helpful to people who don't own a messenger pad or a USB…
@Ackers rhymes with Crackers: I don't think this would translate all that well to the large screen. Without a keyboard, the typing interface would be clumsy and slower. Plus, this is the kind of game that's best enjoyed for ten minutes at a time, which makes it ideal for DS.
@Black-Dog-Howls: My car has a very attractive paint job (it's pearlescent purple), but the inside is full of trash and none of the wheels have hubcaps. Also the muffler doesn't work so it's real loud.
It seems as if Kojima holds his games' characters closer than many other game producers do theirs, and he seems like a guy with a real appreciation for the medium of gaming.
Good riddance. My experience with that place in the last few years has been awful.
@Terance! - In Before What My Message Says: Yes, I said that in my post.
On some of the really simple puzzles, I like to eschew the obvious choices. For example, "Help the boy open his piñata". Obviously I could just summon a baseball bat for the kid, or even use a gun to break it open myself. That's too predictable.
@WareSFThesis: And the Devil is scared by a Church.
@Erion04: I actually used to assume Terra from FFVI was a precursor to all the weather-themed names, what with "terra" meaning "earth" and all. That was before I discovered that her Japanese name was "Tina", though, so I guess it's coincidence.
Snow? Lightning? Wow, they're, um... really gettin' creative.
@[ZTF]Is my Name: I think they're hesitant to go into too much detail about the inner workings of the PS3 in official releases for fear that it might help hackers find exploits. As far as I know, the PS3 has proven to be mostly unhackable so far, and I'm sure they want to keep it that way.
@ChaoticInfinityX: To be fair, 3.00 isn't really that awful. Aside from some added features for video playback, the changes are almost entirely cosmetic, and are limited to the XMB. And while they may be annoying to people who don't like the new look, a different-looking menu isn't going to affect anyone's ability to…
@RiotControl: "Wow, Sony is more of a dirty company than we thought."
@Blitzgrilo: That's why I own a PS3 instead.
Jesus, Ubisoft. Ease off a bit, would you?
Sorry to nitpick, but Super Mario Bros. did actually have checkpoints in most stages, especially the ones with warp pipes.
@ShaSt One: Silver/Gold was the one Pokémon generation I missed. I am, of course, planning to play Totodile. I've never, ever taken anything but the Water-type starter.
@Tarnis-Phoenix: Not me. I'm not wearing pants.
