Not so much the case with this years stuff. Seasonal Content, the story and all that plus the titles and activities stays around for a year after release or something like that. There is 6 months until Witch Queen which is honestly more than enough time to hit all the story beats.

The seasonal content has been amazing for story. This past season had Saint-14 getting over his bigoted views of the Eliksni. A robo trump that unleashed the vex in the city cause they KNEW the Eliksni would do it, self fulfilling prophecy. Baby Eliksni are adorable too.

They removed a lot of the bullshit from Transmog so it’s somewhat less shitty than it was but the limit is still in place which is very dumb.

Yes and no, it’s entirely possible that the Traveler leaves us like it did the Eliksni. Which seals our fate regardless most likely. The Traveler doesn’t care one way or the other if we in particular live.

You’re assigning morality to beings that have no use of it. Is one outcome worse for us? Sure! But that doesn’t make the light good or evil anymore than a termite damaging a house is good or evil.

The Scorn that were added with Forsaken while a corrupted version of the Eliksi (Fallen) are wholly unique with new models, unit types, mechanics, etc.

I think that the traveler will give her a ghost. We’ve seen what happens when something gets the light and the traveler didn’t wish it to be so with Ghaul. I think we’re really getting into the fact that the Light isn’t good and the Darkness isn’t bad. They just are.

I’ve really, really enjoyed it. I’ve seen some complaints about how it is to play early on with a nothing deck but it’s been a blast getting new cards and stuff to build out a character the way I want.

I loved Dante’s Inferno right down to the baby spewing monster nipples.
