@Teran: I hear you. When I read a review, sometimes I feel too stupid to understand the movie being reviewed. Then I remember that the movie is meant to entertain me. Nothing more, nothing less. I base a good movie solely on that principle alone.

@skitzogreg: So which of my costumes do you want my Avatar to beat you down in? I have a General Kenobi, Isaac Clarke, and a Chris Redfield.

I just picked this up on Monday. I've been having an absolute blast with it. It's a very laid back game where everything is simplified so you can just focus on having fun on your adventure. Only issue I'm noticing is that you don't have absolute freedom to move as you wish. Sometimes I know I could make a jump,

I loved LiN. It was a return to classic RE and gave a sense of what could have been. As far as character interaction, I thought it was terrific. Of course never playing Uncharted, I don't fully understand the reference you're making. I didn't care too much for RE5, but the nostalgia and tension LiN provided made

@Blore07: It's the heat. Gives people the crazies.

@bleeding-thumbs-murphy: I don't know how, but I have been incredibly lucky in that I haven't encountered that kind of talk when playing. Swearing, of course, but none of Live's infamous hate speech. I still take precautions and mute other players when my kids want to play a round of Halo with me.

@waffles1993: Although I may not care for the song choices, I understand they're promoting a new album and I fully support that. Now with their foot in the door, they will hopefully release more for Rockband.

@waffles1993: I was referring to to Dark Light and Screamworks as being lighter. Reading it, it was confusing. I'm sorry. I loved Venus Doom as it was a return to their heavier roots.

@Musouka [Region 4]: As a whole, the ganadoes weren't terrifying, save for Doc Salvador and the sisters (they scared the hell out of me).

@Musouka [Region 4]: I wasn't too shocked by his first appearance. It kind of fit and was still exciting to see the legend. I completely agree with your Dead Space point. As I stated in my review, Dead Space was a much needed breath of fresh air for the survival horror genre. Capcom wanted to make an action game

@The Last Amazing Grays: I should clarify that there are only two albums that I can't find a song I enjoy ( Dark Light and the new Screamworks album). While Venus Doom was fantastic, the music has gained a lighter tone and the lyrics have gained a pop element that just isn't fitting. I really wanted to see :

Finally see some HIM, but why not their classics? Ever since they gained some notice in America, their albums have suffered in quality. Wow, I sound like an indie asshat. I'm sorry.

@Musouka [Region 4]: I suppose you have a point. The drought that 5 brought has only made me super appreciative of this dlc. I just want RE to return to its roots. Roots that scare the crap out of me when I'm playing in the middle of the night with the lights out. Or, at the very least stop being an action game

This is the Resident Evil 5 we should have had. It is amazing and all the little touches of nostalgia make it all the better.

@DugDawg: I really enjoyed ODST with its somber campaign and quiet story. I don't know, I kind of enjoyed being a nobody and Solid Snaking my way around. I agree though, Firefight was a huge reason I bought it, and the lack of matchmaking is absurd.

@dd528: Yoshimitsu was cleary in the trailer. How did you miss the guy in samurai armor swinging a sword?

Amazing! A movie about a game and I can recognize each character! This has to be a first.

@ZeroAnd09: I took some more time and wrote down my thoughts. Sorry for the double post.

Dammit, I was waiting for that super sexy PS3 bundle to be announced over here so I would finally have a reason to invest in another console. Oh well, looks like I get the drab black just like everyone else.
