Wings? Holding hands? Really? While I'm glad the game is played with controller (the Natal announcement scared the hell out of me) these are just gimmicks. Like the tree, there is nothing innovative. Let's see somethig new that is actually worthwhile. I loved the first two, and will probably pick this up, but my

@urfe: The only complaint I had with battles was the summon intros, which IX fixed. I never really noticed any time being wasted in a fight as things could get hectic fast.

@EderC: I was crushed when Wind Waker was announced. Then I played it and learned more about judging books and their covers.

@Akisazame: I couldn't have said it better myself. Let the VII fanboys dream, it can't be ruined that way. In the mean time, give me an update to FFVIII!

I downloaded this with no expectations on my part. The gf just wanted to play as a Predator. Overall, it was a blast. Quite different from most shooters. Everything seems balanced and I had no connection issues. I put up my thoughts and a quick review on my blog.

I just wrote an article about this on my blog. Game designers really need to think about how small they're making text. I'm just now able to play games that have been too hard to read. Even with my new tv, it's still a bit of an eye strain.

I was one of the many that despised Bayonetta until playing it. Honestly, it's the best game I've played in a long time (including Dragon Age, which stole my soul for a few weeks). It's fun without being too serious. I find that if you put too much thought into it, it simply stops being fun. You need to let go and

@Strangelove: Scroll up an little and he says 6 1/2 hrs.

Thanks for giving me the oomph to finally throw together my own list. I can see this becoming a habit of mine. Anywho, here's my list.

Finally, my prayers to a nonexistent god have been answered. Truly, the PSN overlords have smiled on me. Time to go get a new memory stick. : )

For whatever reason, Capcom fails to entice me with their extra costumes. Every design is worse than the last.

@Kyolux is tired of videogame dramas..: I picked up a hint of that. So long as they don't try to be too serious with the story and have some fun with it, as was suggested in parts of the demo, it should be quite enjoyable. Of course, I could still be riding the high from Dragon Age.

I have to admit, I despised Bayonetta and all the press Kotaku was giving it. I was going as far as to bash it nearly every chance I had. So when I downloaded the demo in expectations of being right, I was only halfway rewarded. Sure, the story is horrible and she's all kinds of out of proportion, but holy fuck,

@Scorpi: My best friend's dad has this disease and it killed him over 10 long years. It was horrible having to watch my friend suffer as his dad would be unable to eat or move for up to a week at a time. Sadly there is no cure.

I keep wishing that one day Square will realize their NA player base desperately wants some of their PS1 classics released on PSN. Why should Japan get all the love? All I want is a little FFVIII, Xenogears, and some Parasite Eve. Is that too much?

@Donutta: Thank you for explaining your lag issue then. I thought there were other servers that could be played on globally. As for the game not engaging you, I can understand that. Like I said with Call of Duty, it's not interesting to me. I wasn't saying you were at fault, I was merely stating that you couldn't

@Donutta: No reason to be an ass. If your computer can handle the load, then there should be no issue. And trying to hide behind a vague argument gets you no points.

@Donutta: It all depends on what your flavor of gaming is. Aion requires a bit of patience, it is a grind. Sure it may get tedious at times, but the story and beauty are what keep me playing. As for the lag, upgrade your computer, I haven't had any issues with what you've said. I'm running a 2.9 ghz amd processor
