“that Diablo III was too cartoony”

I agree. She is not using it in a disrespecting way, she’s doing it because she likes the character who happens to be a difference race.

Oh a tumblr post. My whole world view is changed now.

She’s treating it as a costume, to look like a fictional character she likes as accurate as possible, not to mock people of a race or do a goddamn minstrel show, this is all so incredibly dumb...

It may be an unpopular opinion, but I see it as a controversy in US, Europe should not live with American baggage. Likewise, this wasn’t trying to be disparaging. People shouldn’t impose their own insecure views onto other countries - or you know, you shouldn’t do anything to shame the great people’s republic of china

Wonder if they’ll fire these two hosts as well....I mean, gotta stay consistent, right?

Orphan remains my greatest moviegoing experience. It was just a so-so thriller, but at the big reveal a tween/early-teen girl sitting down the row from us stood up and shouted ESTHER GOT TITTIES at the top of her lungs. It was incredible and probably the hardest I’ve ever laughed in public.

Now playing

Kotaku has previously reported on self-appointed boob police who trawl through Twitch’s directories searching for and reporting women they believe are violating Twitch’s terms of service.

What absolutely miserable human beings these people reporting her must be

It’s a Symbol of Hate if it’s pointed one way, in a white circle and surrounded by red, and used by racists.

Except it isnt, The iron cross outside this comment section is mostly seen as a german military symbol, Hence why in a country that outlaws nazi imagery it is still awarded as a modern medal. Its always great watching americans with zero understanding of history, try to explain to everyone what is up with their own

It is subtle because that isn’t even what it is. That is just a logo, lots of companies use it. The comment above is just building a straw man. Look up Independent Trucks they are an American skateboard company that uses that same logo. The comment above is idiotic.

Oh, come on now.

that’s not an iron cross. the cross is taken from a 5th-century ornament at the Bolnisi Sioni church, which came to be used as a national symbol of Georgia. the shirt literally says: უფალო შეგვიწყალენ(Lord have mercy on us)

I enjoyed the different outfits. My favourite being that futuristic armor that regenerated.

.......can we ban him for being over the age of 12 and saying “suck my pee-pee” instead? There’s like 100 different words that you could use in that place, ranging from the explicit (“cock”) to the euphemistic (“dong”) to the comedic (“pride and accomplishment”), and you go with the phrasing used by 10 year olds that

Nothing permanent will happen. Twitch has had a “too big to fail” policy for as long as it’s been around.

In point of fact, I read “Iron Front”, and saw a flag, and something about political statements, and to the uninitiated, something called “Iron Front” sure sounds like it could be a white supremacist paramilitary contingent, even if in this case it isn’t.

As someone who sits in the Timbers Army regularly, and is a liberal and supports Kaepernick and Megan Rapinoe, et al, this whole thing is annoying the fuck out of me. Before the “controversy” I never saw the “Iron Front”symbol displayed at Timbers matches in 7 seasons of attending games. But when MLS cracked down on

At the Timbers-Sounders derby on August 23, die-hards from both teams engaged in a silent protest for the first 33 minutes of the match—symbolizing 1933, the year that the Iron Front was disbanded in Nazi Germany—to show their opposition to the silencing of signs deemed too political by virtue of being anti-fascist
