Yeah, not too bad. It has “very little”, which is my second-favorite amount of rust. I really should start importing these things.

Where is he located? Might have exaggerated slightly with 250k miles, but I just checked autotrader and the only $10k Wranglers were YJs! Maybe for good reason. My dad has had his 4 cylinder TJ for pushing 20 years and it's been bulletproof.
This is interesting but it kills the Sammy’s main advantage—it drives through the 94” apart whoops that the TJs have all carved into the trails. The 104” XJ has a similar advantage. That’s a great little motor, though—only 100 hp but fuel injected and reliable and when geared right 100 hp on such a light vehicle seems…
Where can you get a TJ for less than $10,000? I am only half kidding but I need to start importing them to Colorado. You would be amazed at the 250k mile piles of crap that people ask $10,000 for here.
Mustang.
Been watching James May’s Man Lab. At 7 episodes it’s the third longest running show in BBC history. A really good show and James needs to make more to occupy his time. Seriously—they already have a proven formula here.
Look, even my Ford Fairmont had door handles.
More gold. Bright yellow seems out too.
Brooklands Green
And the electric motors have the potential to be way more reliable than that other mpg/torque adder the turbo.
Am I an X Ambassador? Cuz I like this car, and I once drove my Jeep Cherokee out into the woods to play bagpipes instead of harmonica on a bridge, but that was mostly to stop bugging the neighbors.
I have three turbos across two German cars and no warranties. I am probably insane. The Ford probably is better than BMW in reliability overall. I am hoping (fingers crossed!) that turbos are like power windows and locks – one of those things that used to be unreliable but that now they have figured out.
These are slightly too wide?
I used to worry but decided “screw it” and got a 2009 135i. Here's to hoping that after seven or eight decades of turbos they have the kinks worked out. Their power delivery really is delicious.
Don't forget crazy good gas mileage.
nice looking international scout you have there.
Pretty sure that in America these days a corporation could do pretty much anything from blatant theft, murder, sleeping with your wife and get away with it. Maybe in this case that is good. Still, seems like shops like Rusty's were doing a fine job but cheaper in this space. How will they fare?
I was having pain and grinding in my right ankle. Couldn't figure out why. Talking to the doc and he had the same question as you BrtStlnd. Ultimately told me to cut it out, but the pedals on my newly acquired 135i are spaced so perfectly. Still, not a peep from my ankle since I stopped on Doctor's orders.
That leaves the 328xd as the only brown wagon that you can buy in America. Zeek wanted Jalop to review this car so bad that he brought it up in every vaguely related post he could.
If a Suzuki SFV650 can do 72 hp, why can't a turbo three cylinder do close to 100?
