My only beef is the Kinect for the X1.

I personally find it a failing piece of hardware that very few developers will take advantage of (the main ones using it will be the developers making the X1 exclusives) and I don't like that it's a main part of the system.

It's so bad that Microsoft has forced it into their

From my understanding, it's set right before Rapture goes down the crapper.

Sorry if I'm late but what Nowi wears doesn't really matter. She's a Manakete meaning that she turns into a dragon (compared to a Taguel which turns into a beast) during combat.

Yep. I got it, it just wasn't funny.

I got it. It wasn't funny, but I got it.

Also, I think his football comment is kinda bad honestly.
I am by no means a professional american football player. I occasionally play it when I can get people together and have the time.

However, we don't play in stadiums and have thousands of people watching us. We don't have

I've heard the game is great (from nearly everyone single person I know that has ever played a FF game) and I have enjoyed the other FFs that I have played.

Graphics aren't that important to me honestly, I take good story and gameplay over everything but I still want it to be pretty to look at. I think that's the

Yes, I do think his language should be translated so it makes sense.

Tis easy to sound poetic when thine words no fucking sense doth make."

I disagree. Over time, games age. It never hurts to give them a little polishing just to keep it shiny every now and again.

I never got around to playing FF7 (was more of a nintendo person at the time) yet I would have a hard time getting past the dated graphics if I tried to play it now.
Seeing as how it wouldn't be

Honestly, it's a matter of personal taste. People will say bother are better than the other.

It really just comes down to you. LoL is quicker than Dota2 but Dota2 is a more intricate with strategy.

All in all, I wouldn't pick one over the other. The real big advantage Dota 2 has is that there is no meta (I.E. bruiser

Have to agree with you there. I have the PC client and while there's more than just The Sims, all it has are EA games.

The selection is just very limited when it comes from just a single source.

Well sir, when you can make it to where all we have to do is enter in a product key to play again, let me know.

Until then, I'll just have to use Steam. Unless you know of some other way to play PC games?

I don't really see how they played a part in it.

The weapon? Unless his intentional use from the start was to use it as a murder weapon then yeah, I can see that.
If not then really, there's nothing linking the game to his behavior.

The guy obviously has some deeper seeded issues. I mean he helped bludgeon his father

Being inspired to kill someone?
No, there are deeper issues there.

Video games, like movies, are a form of entertainment. While more interactive, they serve as a distraction from your everyday life.
People who play Oblivion don't think, "Ya know, today I'm going to go and light a town on fire because it looked fun to

I felt like a happy medium is what they should have strived for in the first place.

They had to have known there would have been an outcry with all their mandatory and "drm" regulations. No one has ever been happy with that so why go so far in that direction?

I don't really understand what Microsoft's gameplan is but I

I'm living in Switzerland atm. It is a pain in the ass to have to get things shipped here which is why I ended up buying a PS3 (also for their exclusives but mainly because it became the system of choice for multiplatform games).

Region free or just region lock by continent would be great. Like what Nintendo did for

Ahhh yes SNSD.

Not my favorite group but they're good every once in awhile :P

I think Microsoft's biggest failure was to not find a middle ground with any of these. As a person and a gamer I hate being forced to do something so Microsoft forcing all this stuff on us was just a big no from me.

Also the Kinect, I still don't get why they want it to be a part of the core system other than they saw

Couldn't agree with you more. Living in Europe, I run the risk of moving to another country. It's far more likely than America (traveling hours you'd still be in America) so it's great to see region locking being taken out of the picture is nice.

Could I just add that Microsoft could really make themselves look good if they just game people choices/options.

Seriously, if they can take this away so easily, they can add it back in.
Why go to the extremes? Why give and then take away?
To me that's like saying "Either you like and accept what we want to force on you
