I think that may have, in fact, been the point of this whole thing. Maybe.

I think most of us would buy a manual, but we just can't afford one. In other words, we bitch about people buying automatics because that reduces the chance of finding a used manual 10 years later.

SAMIR! YOU'RE BREAKING THE CAR!

Thats why I drive a Citroen.

MkII VW Jetta: massive goodfellas trunk, thin seats, fit 6-4-ish driver easily.

The problem with a 5-speed in a "sports" car is that they'll make it Close-Ratio. If it ends up anything like the 5-speed in my 02 Civic Si, it'll still be pulling in 5th gear instead of it being an overdrive, which means crap fuel economy on highways.

I've never liked sunroof/moonroofs either. I used it only 2 situations, trying to impress a girl and the first day I got the car. On sunny days it just shines light in your face. On cold days... its cold.

I realize I am the only person in America who thinks this - but sunroof. My girls Audi had one and it only opens 1 inch and it lets a lot of light in even when it's closed. Still feel you did the car justice with your 77/100 review?

No.

I hope so - it's hard to believe we still use rubber air-filled donuts for 100% of our grip. Although I have no idea what would replace them.

Maybe not in a few years, but pneumatic tires days are numbered.

UK Safety Regs required lights to be visible when the "boot" was open. The decklid mounted lights made for a much larger loading opening, but violated that reg. Got this from the link below. Not verified.
