I can't annotate. When my cursor is over the image it turns into crosshairs but clicking doesn't do anything. I'm on Chrome and my computer runs Windows 8. Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried on a couple of other new articles and I can't annotate those, either. Thanks for any feedback/help.
