Now THIS I can see spening 10 grand on to get up to that number.

LMAO, 348 mph and 0-60 in 1.8 seconds...

How about the 'other' original?

I still have met my fair share of both sides of the spectrum. My ex girlfriends dad was trying to choose between a Boxster and a Vette. Moron chose the Boxster. But people are entitled to their opinions.

I prefer these anyday!

It isn't fair, but it's the way it has to be....I don't make the rules. :)

One thing you need to realize here as well is that German stuff is able to put up with that kind of torture because they're built and engineered that way. They've had wealthy buyers their entire existence, so the companies have the capital to invest in some pretty bullet-proof stuff. Ford and GM have had mom and pop

In the end here, we HAVE to compare the Mustang to the Vette. It's no matter of brand dedication or pissed off fan boys fighting to have their car be the best. It's more a matter of Ford doesn't make a 2-seater anything that can contend. So the Mustang is forced to play double duty here.

I never even started talking about Boss's. I'm talking about the GT500...lets stay on task here. I never compared Boss's to M3's, you did. You even talked about the guy at the gym who has a 2010 GT500. Which still isn't as powerful as the '14, but i'll let that slide.

Alright Bruces, go back down under

You start comparing apples to green beans here pal, completely different cars. BMW's to Mustangs, Miata's to Mustangs. All totally different animals. All totally different vehicles. Compare a Miata against a sport bike while we're at it. Come on.

Now playing

I'll let Stewie do the work for me here...

You do realize that there are plenty of people out there who do race their cars on the weekends right? Because that is a thing you know.

The only reason why is because Ford buyers don't have a 2-seater to call their own anymore :(.

Shelby American Inc. doesn't tune a Cobra, or does Ford even make the Cobra anymore. They not only build the GT500, but also upgrade the GT500 to be a Super Snake/King of the Road.

Dude, I don't know where you've been the past few years, but the Shelby is highly respected. Revered by many GM owners because they know Ford has finally brought something to the table that can contend with what they've been doing for years.
