I haven’t picked up Sims 4 since it came out, but my favorite thing was to do a facsimile of tiny homes — single room unit with no doors to the outside. The goal was to see if I can make the home self-sustaining with no access to the outside world.

In San Francisco, I’m a fan of Scrap Entertainment’s Real Escape SF. They usually have 2-3 rooms going simultaneously, and they cycle the rooms seasonally. Escape from the Time Traveler’s Lab is excellent!

Chinese hot oil is amazing, and super easy to make and customize. The store bought stuff tends to be crap. Strictly Dumpling has a video of a simple recipe, and adding peanuts and sichuan peppercorns were gamechangers for me.
I recently played through NBA2k19's MyCareer Prologue. I actually really enjoyed the story, and thought it was a lot bolder by constantly kicking you in the nuts.
Also, it making fun of NBA2k18's barber was pretty funny.
I played co-op with my wife on a single controller. That’s a whole different level of stress that’s SO silly and fun.

Years ago, in the game, I made a tiny house with a couple living in it. It had glass walls and no doors to the outside — I called it the fishbowl experiment. The couple I had living in it had to sustain themselves entirely without access to the world — freelance painting and programming did the bulk of that.
