Puh-lease. It would have gone down in almost exactly the same way. The only difference would have been a lot more people climbing on the tank to take selfies.

That vehicle was made in USSR, exact factory is irrelevant.
It's soviet-built IFV common all over exUSSR - and given lack of painted IDs or StGeorge's tape it's not one of freedom fighters'.
Бардак.
Last I've read about situation in Mariupol that was a Ukrainian force's BMP that was abandoned when they retreated from the city (for some reason that I don't remember). There's been some vicious shit happening there, mainly between fascist pro-Kiev militia and the Ukraine security forces versus the local police.
It will definitely be interesting to see how Crimea develops now under Russian control. I genuinely hope that there's a peaceful resolution to what's going on now in Ukraine, it seems as though both sides are contributing to rising tension, and there are normal people getting caught up in the middle, which just isn't…
Ukraine needs stricter tank control laws.
In all fairness a lot of weapons are made in Russia. A lot of them are exported elsewhere.
Actually, it's a BMP-2 (Boyevaya Mashina Pekhoty, Russian: Боевая Машина Пехоты; infantry combat vehicle). APC's lack the cannon and firing ports of an IFV.
"Ooops, sorry. My bad."
I to što kažeš. U kolima nemaš gospoDŽu da ti stavi neobrijan pazuh ispred nosa...mislim, valjda.
And for a more positive outlook on Belgrade's (and Serbia's) transportation culture, you can check this out: www.autoslavia.com, or see one of two articles published on our Kinja.
These pics come from a Facebook page made for shaming the inconsiderate on (Belgrade) public transit. This is our way of dealing with the problem. :)
Apart from the turd on the seat, the vomit on the floor, nothing I just saw would deter me from riding that bus. In fact I think this video is awesome, shows the diversity and in some cases ingenious ways people get by in every day life.
Belgrade: capital of Serbia and Yugoslavia before that, as well as host to the blue Danube and the last Grand Prix before the breakout of WWII. Its public transportation makes your sketchiest bus ride seem normal.
I flew into Belgrade in 2004 for a conference. On JAT. The turboprop lost an engine on approach. I, the only non-Serb on the flight, nearly shit myself as the other engine wasn't quite up to the task and warning sirens started booming from the open cockpit door. Nije problema, stari. He put it in a steeper descent to…
So it's basically People of Walmart on wheels?
because every public transit system in major cities isnt just as bad, oh wait, it is.
