I’m really confused about some of the criticisms of the live-action film that could be equally applied to the original anime film. The spider tank, the cuts to long, slow panning shots of landscapes. Those were present in both versions. Why are they bad in the live-action, but good in the anime?

I find it kind of ironic that, in an article telling you that the first piece of information you give to the 911 operator is your address and phone number, that piece of information is at the very end of the article.

I haven’t played this yet, but every time I see a screenshot or a video I can’t help but wonder why the hell everything is so hazy??? Doesn’t that get annoying? I feel like everything is in fog or something.

It pleases me that Death Note is not on this list, nor is it mentioned in the comments. The manga is much better than the anime, IMO.

I don’t think they have many UX people in house, or if they do they don’t listen to them. Even the interfaces in their newer games are a bit wonky. Don’t get me started on TF2's terrible excuse for a UI.
