I'm glad you are alright! In January I had pneumonia, and before I was officially diagnosed I was pretty convinced that's what it was. My mom was of course sympathetic (and she's a nurse), but everyone else thought I was being a baby.

I was always SO jealous of my brother who has an October birthday (only a few days before yours, in fact). But June birthday are pretty cool too, I guess!

Whenever i get sick, I look my symptoms up on MayoClinic. Everyone makes fun of me and says I'm a hypochondriac, but guess what? I'M RIGHT EVERY SINGLE TIME! :)

Sometimes doctors just get it wrong, which is scary since we rely on them so much. But it's impossible for them to know everything about a family's genetics and health trends in the family. Regardless, I'm glad your doctor WAS wrong and that your girl is healthy as can be!

I"m not crazy pale, but not crazy tan. I have a "cooler" complexion, so the blue undertone compliments it. Plus it doesn't make my teeth look yellow, and one with orange undertones do. Have you ever asked a make up consultant to help you? That helped me so much!
