Those "Your Speed" display signs make no sense to me, I only see it being applicable when no other cars are around. How the hell am I supposed to know if it's displaying my speed or the car ahead of me, or behind me.

They actually do work, you need to do more research. They're were plenty of Japanese cars that came from the factory with yellow, yes yellow fog lights.
