Yes, it's entirely my fault that each and every single character has a clear (at times) and distinct name associated to them. At least my "corrections" weren't misleading like yours were.

Because clear distinction between multiple characters who share similar code names is making false corrections.

AAAAAcctually for number 5 I do recall Master Chief finding a Forerunner structure, sealed with dead elites all around it. A marine points out that it looks like they died trying to close it and keep something locked in. Master Chief then proceeds to open the door. Sooo technically Master Chief released the flood.
