I almost always turn my data off, but at work, if something is loading slow I'll turn cell data on without disconnecting from wifi and it'll be faster

Modulated headlights for motorbikes are a proven safety feature. Rules are very strict as to frequency and gradation (no strobes) to avoid confusion with emergency vehicles.
