funny you mention trying to find concrete info before release. The one question that I had throughout the development and hype tours was what do you actually do? I was so confused when every time Sean Murray went on TV he never said anything about the game other than how many worlds there were. I kept waiting for them…

do you think Hello Games and Sony took advantage? Im on the fence personally. They certainly didnt promise everything that people are moaning about being absent but at the same time its like they just sort of rolled along as if everything was peachy until people realized they were in for a huge disappointment.

They never really confirmed any of the hype but they also didnt deny any of it (or much of it at least). The more I think about it, the more mildly dishonest it seems. I mean, the fans did almost all of the legwork in getting the hype train rolling but I think Sony and Hello Games should have enough common sense…
