Half of them hardly have any hair, and the bangs straight across the forehead look is one of the most annoying and unappealing styles out there. They definitely haven't made it hard to narrow down my options....

Pfft. I couldn't possibly burn my house to the ground doing that.
I've said it before. Local multiplayer doesn't make sense when two players have to use different controllers. I find it really hard to picture that kind of asymmetrical gameplay outside of the party game genre. Party games are fun (look at the Wii), but they aren't fun enough to warrant buying an entire console…
I completely disagree with their decision to have Harry and Voldemort fighting all through the castle. We've seen their little lightning kamehameha battle half a dozen times already. Plus, having them fight over and over again really undermined the concept of the elder wand not obeying Voldemort in favour of Harry.…
Just a few random thoughts on this subject:
It took longer for this game to download and install than it did for me to get sick of it and remove it from my hard drive forever.
Wait...what? The distance from the Sun to the Earth is huge. The distance from the Sun to the Earth+orbit is a minuscule difference. They aren't going anywhere near "twice as far". I'm pretty sure the cold cold environment is due to there being no atmosphere to trap ambient heat.
"Cartoons of the 1980s were pretty much wall-to-wall guns (and awesome bears that could shoot beams out of their stomachs)." I think I'm mis-reading this reference...
There's no need to use characters from one of their most important franchises. Two generic characters fighting it out would show off what the console can do just as well. Making it Link and Ganon was basically saying "Look how great Zelda can look on this new console".
I love it
That's an amazing idea
I never enjoyed Twilight Princess, and it's pretty much because of what urfe is saying. Even dating back to Windwaker the games have basically just been saying "hey, remember Ocarina of Time?". In Windwaker you had the whole opening backstory sequence, and then the logic for wearing the traditional green was because…
Wind Waker was a great game, I think a lot more people would have enjoyed it if we'd never been shown that initial tech demo. There was nothing wrong with the cel shaded art style imo, but it seemed to clash completely against what we were led to hope for and expect in the GC Zelda
@smi1ey: whoa whoa whoa...
I hope the price of buying back in if you die is really high. Respawns kinda defy the point of the mode.
Seriously? The time it takes a tv to power up is what puts people off the wii?
All the hate it's getting is equally insane. I haven't seen anyone claiming its an amazing AAA title, we're just trying to speak up and show it's not all bad.
This.
@IcoSotc: For me Navi gets unbearable at one very specific part of the game. In one of the early dungeons there is a set of moving spikes that comes from around a corner, and Navi stops you running forward to tell you about how you can look around corners and safely avoid them.
I wondered at first if this was an article about how Battlefield 3 is half the First Person Shooter MW3 is.
