@das7002: When I purchased my sister's phone for her almost a year ago the Tech that was explaining to her about roaming was explaining that they lease AT&T towers until they expand and use their own towers.

@Tom4Surfing: Well I am actually lucky to have 4 out of the providers listed. AT&T for the Iphone(work), Android for Sprint and Verizon (Verizon is work phone) and Tmobile for my sister's phone that I pay for.

@wheresmyjetpack: You are absolutely right. However, what I was trying to relay is that many of the officials in the Government have a strong incentive to allow corporations like Comcast to get away with murder.

The problem is that the FCC is walking a very fine line. Comcast pays Billions of dollars in contributions to many Senators and congress people each year. They can afford it too. If the FCC fights Comcast too hard, well we know what will happen.
