@mikehenriquez: I am sorry but I disagree with your A-list B-List

@orphic1: No I run a Windows 7 rig and use the hell out of VMware and XP mode. I asked the question because I was baffled by this move from Microsoft. There is never a reason to move backwards. Even legacy systems run fine on my W7 machines. Downgrading seems to me like buying a new Iphone and then wanting to fit

@orphic1: My thoughts exactly.

Can somebody enlighten me on a possible reason anyone would want to do this?

@Facebook: We didn't have Gaffer tape in the office and we were only trying it as a quick test. We did have duct tape but worried about ruining the finish on the phone. This is his second Iphone 4, so we just wanted to see if it could be fixed with something as simple as tape.

@pixelpushing: Relatively good, but he keeps asking for the hose again

@The_Vitto: Thank you for the service you have provided our country. Semper fidelis

@Ridley: No problem. One thing to mention and correct. I said dropped calls, I meant a drop in signal for when he has his case on.

@Ridley: We tried it with scotch tape and with electrical tape. The scotch tape was close to useless. The electrical tape did work, however if he moves his hand so that the ring and the pinky touch to lower band and his middle and pointer touch the upper band it dropped slightly. Either way when he puts the case on

@Ridley: I don't own the phone but my co worker does. I will ask him to try it and let you know.

Its funny, everyone that I know that wants and EVO has had to put a 50.00 reservation at the sprint store. At that point it takes less than a week to get one

@Stephen: I understand 100%. I used a winmo phone for about 2 weeks before I returned it. I don't even remember what the phone was, I just new it wasn't what I liked.

@Stephen: I'm sorry but I think your thinking you have to settle for a phone that has issues just because the phone has done well in the past.

There are a few things that the article doesn't point out.

@kylecpcs: Except for the Iphone people that jumped ship and went to an Android platform.

Anyone else look at his shirt and go why is this thing taking so long to load up?

I normally don't post here, but I would like to thank Jezebel for posting this article. Things like this shows the softer side of our military that the news doesn't want to show because it doesn't get them shock value numbers.

@Xacor: If he is using the wireless at the same time as they are using it and he is downloading several torrents then he is infact stealing bandwith from them. They are unable to reclaim the bandwith or the the data he is leeching through their wireless.
