I wouldn’t call the grind ruthless at all. You want ruthless play an old school Korean MMO. Or maybe even a modern one. Though do note I’m a stickler for using the original definition of grinding: Staying in an area you’re done with because it’s more efficient to power up there than to move on to the next area,

The only issues companies running the games have with gold selling is the fact that they’re not the ones doing. At first there will be arguments that makes sense, such as keeping the game’s economy stable. However when a game gets this old, there are people who have been playing for so long and have so much gold, the

Where you start depends on why you are playing. As the series has evolved, it has somehow managed to become more friendly to new comers, while adding more depth and complexity for those who want it, at the same time. In terms of game play, on the whole each game is more or less better than the last. Therefore you

All that emphasis on poop as fertilizer, but they don’t differentiate between herbivore and carnivore feces?

Call me old fashioned, but for hard core fidgeting nothing beats silly putty. Or the occasional slinky.

The fact that it looks better if you pretend it’s her tongue....

It’s preicesly because Fraunhofer terminated the license. AAC is objectively better, but it still belongs to Apple. I’m also pretty sure that should an instance arise where I can actually tell the difference between a V2 encoded MP3 and an AAC file should actually arise, that would mean AAC isn’t good enough for that

From what I can tell she’s supposed to be sticking her tongue out playfully? But it totally doesn’t work.

I’m not the most knowledgeable on the subject, but coaching does happen between rounds in other sports, like boxing. However there, I can’t imagine any one taking place DOESN’T have a coach. I woudl thinking if persona A has a Coach and person B doesn’t, then it’s not an even playing field.

Reminds me of Land of Make Believe in North Jersey. Though I don’t live anywhere remotely near either any more.

I’ve always sought that experience, but have always been let down horribly. I think the main issue is no one wants to build a maze as a permenant strucutre. Thus there are always some kind of way to look though the walls, be it a corn or sunflower maz, or one at a renaissance faire made of canvas and bungie cords.

...I couldn’t imagine making such a promise to anyone old enough to talk.

It would be nice if some years from now Blizzard decides to officially open source the original Star Craft.

But is recycling them a realistic proposition? I admit my knowledge on the subject is very dated. last I heard all we could do with them was leave them in a pool at the reactors, or shove them in a man-made cave deep underground.

I’d certainly like to see the used up irradiated rods from nuclear plants go there... But if they can recycle the batteries that’s going to be a lot cheaper. I’m not sure how the batteries are made, but if they have any precious metals in them, like gold, it would be much better to recover it that permanently remove

It sounds like they got Sakuraba for the music. Or perhaps someone who sounds similar, at least.

I haven’t read the article to avoid spoilers, but I remember that the original Monkey Island games had intentional plot holes as well. The most obvious one being that the actual Secret of Monkey Island is never revealed, despite Ron Gillbert always teasing that yes, there is in fact a secret.

Because of Penny Arcade I’ve started taking a comic shifting to the 3 panel format as a sign they don’t care any more. Or at least are producing comics from the place of it being an obligation or career. Sorry Nerf Now. At least you’re funny about 1/3 the time.

I remember teh secondversion of the game--Evolution, I think--Made yout buy Always through a micro transaction instead of having it as the default music. I was done with Robot Unicorn then and their and never touched it again. Even if you could unlock it without paying real money, let’s face it: without that song on
