From what I've heard, we're getting most of that. Not Tin Tin though, apparently there was licensing issues.
I believe the legs are keep in the little doors next to the pod, one of which is just above where "KEEP CLEAR" is written.
That and even having the player base split between the DLC owners and those with only the base game is a bad move. Plus it's usually not worth it, screwing over both those who fork out the money for it and those you wont.
Yeah, unless you take the opportunity to play slower or something like that.
