Did you try Modern Warfare 2?
I didn't key onto the thought that you ay have meant weapons, perks and equipment as well. Being able to add attachments to the riot shield is dream come true.
I do enjoy it, but I couldn't help but be drawn back to Modern Warfare 2
I was actually quite disappointed with the range of customization on offer. I also really don't feel it's the same game every year.

I wouldn't have picked that. I was under the impression that Ghosts sold quite poorly.
