I've known people who have used those sites and while they are using them i can see that the user who uploaded the content has had 35-40 downloads, still in your 1 in 5 8 people got the game for free. In mine 32 got a free game. in both statistics,regardless if they are accurate, there is a loss in sales.

That person is a 1 in 5 situation. If the rest download the game and go " FANTASTIC what a great game and I got it for FREE!" Thats 4 counts of lost sale.
