Augmenting armor does not require Warrior or Hero stones, they just use the normal streamstones from whatever tier it needs.
Biggest problem with augmenting armor is the cost, maxing out the defense AFTER augmenting for a SINGLE item can land somewhere around two to three hundred thousand zenny.

Dude this sounds awesome! I really hope Far Cry 5 will be good, because this would be an amazing addition!

Same, but i always use the skull as an indicator if Im gonna capture or not. I’ve never bothered with the heartrate thing, it’s really cool that it’s there though! It even shows if it’s enraged.

Well, you can cancel out of most recovery animations, like after swinging your greatsword. But most attacks leave you open, yes.

Take solace in the fact that most of the rewards so far has only been cosmetics that take up actual armor slots.
So it’s more for fun than anything else.

You can also crouch for about 5 seconds to cure the bleeding if you can find a safe spot/make your cat get aggro.

If there is something you should do, it is to go into the options and change them to your liking. By default the camera is awful with its constant motion, tracking the monster. In the options you can change it so it focuses on the monster when you press L1.

Best way to farm temp elder inves ive found is to boot up a temp nergi, wait at camp for 5 minutes, pop on a Ghillie mantle and go pick up a whole bunch of tracks that have stacked on top of each other. I usually get 2 or 3 every 15 minutes.

Did you also know that if you collect enough tracks the minimap will flash a skull when it’s capturable?

What monitor did you buy again, Jason? If you have a monitor with a refresh rate of higher than 60HZ then you can play games at up to 144 FPS with no screen tearing and lemme tell you, the difference between playing Doom on 60 vs 144 is amazing.
