It seems you need to beat the first kahuna to get it to trigger.
After beating him go talk to a kid at the beach talking about the school being “haunted”.

The only move you ever need to know in Warframe is the bullet jump:
Crouch, then jump. You’ll fly off to wherever you are pointing.
Need to get up high? Bullet jump. Jump again for added height.
Need to cross a chasm? Bullet jump with a roll(With Shift) for added distance.
