Great. Your statement is completely meaningless.

They aren’t fake though.

Not to mention that six out of the seven dwarves are now regular height.

They should have left this one in the Vault, no is is looking forward to: Some Girl and the Hippy Commune.

The multi-gender and multi-racial miners don’t bother me, nor does the Latina actress playing the lead, but the name of the movie and the lead character maybe should be changed? I mean the character’s name is her name because her skin color is supposed to be snow white, it is literally part of the story. So is the

It’s pretty fascinating to see Disney doubling down on their contrived race swapping instead of swallowing their pride and learning from their box office failures. They’d rather sink their whole brand than admit they’re doing something audiences dislike.

Disney and The Daily Beast have since retracted their retraction. They are real on-set images from Disney’s Snow White movie. The current spin is that these are unofficial images shot with stand-ins for the two leads.

NFTs have largely been a flop, so this is kind of fitting in a way.

I agree that AI/CGI shouldn’t replace flesh and blood people, my main problem is the focus on artists. All sorts of jobs are being replaced by automation and AI, and even more fields will be affected in the future. Certain legal specialities will definitely be replaced by AI in the future, some sooner than others,

I don’t think Age of Ultron was that bad of a movie, and Whedon was put in a bad position in trying to work with a movie that was put together by a director, Snyder, that had very different sensibilities. Whedon also has many more recognized successes than failures such as Buffy, Firefly, Serenity, Angel, The

William Jackson Harper should be cast as Icon, he's basically a black Superman anyways. Let's just stop with race and gender swapping established characters, all it does is create division among fan bases. There are plenty of female and POC superheroes available to highlight. Take the X-Men, that team is regularly

Or just different from past movies and…gasp…still potentially fun and entertaining. You know, like a superhero movie should be.

Someone else in a reply here made a good observation, the animated DC movies and shows have heroes and villains pop in and out all the time without the need to devote time to origins and such, and the animated movies are some of DC's best work, except for Injustice, they really tried to cram too much plot into one

Whedon and Gunn are probably the two best directors that are able to really nail movies/shows that have teams or ensembles.

I’m genuinely at a loss as to how this is supposed to be anything but great news.

I don’t know about y’all, but the last thing I want is to spend the next decade doing the completely unnecessary slow-burn worldbuilding thing. Audiences aren’t (quite) as stupid as studios tend to assume, you don’t need to waste precious

At least Gunn is skipping past yet another origin story. Is there anyone that is remotely interested in a Superman movie that doesn’t already know everything about his origin?

The best things DC has ever put out (other than the Peacemaker TV show which, IMO, is the best superhero media ever) are their animated offerings.

MADMAX Superman: Fury Road Legacy... a story where Kal-el is along for the ride and reacting to stuff... as long as Nanthan Fillion has screen time, i’m here for it.

Yeah considering the four films (and TV show) he has done are team based and involve 5-6 main characters a piece if anyone is going to do it right it is Gunn.

I like the Gunn isn’t trying to “re-introduce” his version of Superman. He seems to accept “you know the guy, let’s move forward”.
