I fucking love Satoshi Kon. He is my favorite animator and possibly director. While yes Miyazaki is amazing, I find a great director to be someone who can make ANYTHING interesting. It's easier to make an amazing film working with Epic Fantasy then it is to make a movie about 3 hobos trying to find a baby's parents.
