The Caterham Is still the bone stock chassis you get in the other models, sure engine mounts are a little different but if your willing to swap an engine, then im sure you can find a solution to the mountings.
Civ V was part of the sid Humble bundle, a good few million copies of that bundle were sold, which might help it, still a good game though, I've played a 14 hour long session of it with 2 friends without breaks so I cant say otherwise.

me and a friend managed to get the diff and prop off and back on an older 5 series bmw in under two and that was quite done quite slow, hell whole drive train could be removed in 8 hours thats crazy talk.
