Very much no. This surface treatment is orders of magnitude more fragile than conventional matte finishes.

What about insurance ?

Guys, this never goes well.

I was waiting for someone to mention Full Metal Alchemist wasn’t disappointed

Okay I’m not going to fight you because you are clearly insane

It is ‘shopped. But the actual truck has larger wheels and more lights.

Such a beautiful car, it’s a damn shame there’s so few of them out there.

don’t forget to backlight it! that was everyone knows you’re driving an acura and definitely not a gaudy mercedes

That’s a Camaro front end.

Apple has always been like this. This is why I always seek their competitors’ products. Less expensive, less locked-down, better performance.

Finkel is Einhorn

Lada rep:

“Hey people actually really want this thing! Stick it in the “never build” file with all the others.”

It is all about the area under the curve. Passing someone at 50-65mph at 5000+ rpm in a relatively light vehicle is not the same as lugging around a 5000+ lb vehicle and load in a typical use. Hit a really long steep climb at highway speeds in your NA 4 clyinder family sedan with 4 passengers and you will get a feel

The last paragraph of the article sums that up nicely. For anyone who has an inkling of what’s going on from looking at the torque curve on the dyno chart, that is exactly what you want to see on an engine in a large truck that’s intending to tow or haul heavy stuff.

It’s a lot of motor, and not a ton of power compared to other NA engines above 6 liters. But that’s because it’s an HD truck motor, and they’ve got a different set of functional requirements. That’s all we were pointing out, here.

It actually warms my heart to see a company producing an engine based on being overbuilt and long lasting at the expense of outright power or sexiness.

I like how 430HP is considered “only” now. I still remember when any truck that had HP in the 300's was hot stuff.

It’s automatic. Not sure beyond that but there isn’t a person. It’s how kimi took out a guy’s leg last year, the sensors said the stop was done, the lights went green and he started driving but one crew member was actually still in the way
