Try Canada's Internet speeds. I hear in hong long you can get 500mb/s Internet for 40$ a month. Where I live it's 69$ a month for 15mb/s Internet, and I only ever achieve 5mb/s. Why can't we all just adopt into fibre cable? It's cheap, and has less upkeep costs than traditional High Speed Internet.

All you're going to have to do is pay 5$ a month to hide your IP. Not only that, the only reason I torrent is because up here in Canadaland, I can't find any DVD shops ect.
