OH jeez guys (negative people below and probably above), they fucked up and they apologized after getting caught. What did GM do? Kept lying and saying they did nothing wrong after getting caught. What is Cliton do? Same thing.

Older(not sure about 97+) Jeep Wrangler you don’t need to press the clutch to start it. I like to believe that was engineered so you could start in gear if your clutch cabling/hydros went out and it was the only way to get home (I’ve had to do this beofre at stops).
How useful are box springs? Are they better for one type of mattress then another? Better for a certain type of sleeper? Or just useful if you don’t want as firm of a bed?
I will comment this is also done with vehicles that people cannot legally get on the road. Aka, plating a dirt bike (specially a converted Supermoto) is not possible in a lot of states. So people will register and plate their bikes in another state that allows titling a bike into a “street legal” machine. Also…
I 100% agree with this comment. Going down 84 (La Honda Rd) from Alice’s to Rob’s Market in Woodside, CA on a pedal powered road bike is an unbelievable rush especially when you can go faster than most people driving the road in their car.
I’ve dreamed of going there!! To race in the EU would be amazing. BUT! This is a crash at that track, not fun :/
I’ll mention that NGC made a national geographic video on the Horton Ho 229 Nazi flying wing. They build a scale (but still large) model of it with similar characteristics/paint of the time and ran it through their radar test centers to see what would have happened if the US/England hadn’t bombed the factories. No…
2 things:
Excuse me, maybe I typed that out a little fast - I am never scared when racing. But if I am not, anxious, nervous, or have some type of adrenaline going through my body, I don’t want to ride anymore. To me, if I don’t have those feelings, I am not thinking about the race or ride and what I need to do to win/stay safe…
I would disagree. Fear is what makes me do it.
Easy... TeeVee
How much do you want to bet it was a car hitting the barrier... Those lanes feel pretty tight when you are driving down them and if you take your eyes off the road for a second you’re going to hit it.
I vote for a Cummins or 7.3 idi swap! I have wanted to get one of these guys for awhile, but the engiens are old and powerless (although the 7.3 doesn’t have a ton). They can’t tow anything and their mileage is pretty bad. My ‘93 Wrangler gets like 11 on 33x13.5 superswapers.
What happened to the good ol’ “overdrive” gear? My 1990 F250 E40D is 4 gears, 1-3 and Overdrive. 6th gear should be a legit overdrive. My ‘71 Bug also has 1-3 to get up to a cruising speed of 30 and then overdrive for everything up to 60 :)
BMW and VW Group both have facilities down there, all of the test drivers know those canyon roads SO well it is crazy and how well they know the abilities of the car is insane.
I slightly disagree with this. The “final gear” is never large enough. I feel that the 6th gear should be large enough you get awesome mileage and you don’t get exciting acceleration. I feel the last time I was in a Mk7 GTI, I would still get pretty nice acceleration from 6th - this shouldn’t happen.
It would actually be pretty awesome to see a Spyder racing group at PikesPeak International Hill Climb. With how much the quads are leaning off all “drunken-money” style and it looks awesome. It would be interesting to watch. DO IT!
I should have added the TransAmerican Trail. Pacific to Atlantic.
Let’s see here, I just got back from The Pikes Peak Hill Climb so I need to:
