That has to come from the top though. A rent freeze just passes the buck up to the owner. My wife and I just purchased a house and are renting out our previous condo. One of the tenants (very cute couple) just lost their job and are unable to pay. We are working on a payment plan with them as we can’t evict them even…

I have the following insurances: health, life, auto, collector auto, home, pet, marine/boat, renters, earthquake, and umbrella. I think if I get an RV I get a cookie. 

My work trip to Switzerland was cancelled due to protecting employees and not something more official. Lufthansa refunded my tickets. Aer Lingus tickets were refundable but charged me a 15% fee, which, bullshit. My travel insurance on my credit card didn’t help at all since it’s apparently a legitimate charge.

Some grand gesture done in the name of climate change could have been done with the same amount of money and made a lot more headlines than an ad that I toss in the trash before I even see a name. At least in my opinion. The flier in the mail seems old hat. 

Where do I do this for all the credit card offers that fill my mailbox on the daily? I know there’s a place to do this but not sure of the specifics.

I’ll take high beams if it meant no more assholes driving around in the evening thinking their DRLs are sufficient. If DRLs are left as an option, they should also illuminate the rears.
