You mean that's not how most people's minds sound? They're inner voice thoughts, not dialogue with the player. I have almost constant narration going in my head, and "say" things like the game does to myself frequently.

"Hmm, my article isn't getting enough views. I know! I'll incite hate for Microsoft! That's a surefire way to get the droves out and agreeing with everything I say! Screw Microsoft's side, they had their chance to gossip about a bad business partner, now it's their turn to tell us how awful Microsoft is!"

Final Fantasy XI had everything tied to the in-game clock, compass, calendar and weather. If you were hoping to craft a high quality version of something with Lightning crystals, you wanted to face SouthWest during a thunderstorm on Lightning day for the best results. If you were using Fire during a rainstorm on the

I haven't played a game of theirs yet that disappointed me, so I'll look forward to this while keeping my eyes off the hype train that can build up on nothing but speculations and guesses and lead to disappointment.

HD doesn't mean "Highest Definition." It's anything larger than a CRT tube's resolution. 540p is HD.

Loved the PC edition, but my aging rig makes a shrill high-pitched noise whenever the CPU is under load, and it drives me insane. So I'm glad it's on X1 finally.

I have a feeling all it does is compare the last save time to whenever your next save is. So when you boot it up from overnight, it assumes you were playing all night and just hadn't saved, then your next autosave kicks in and then Character.PlayedTime += DateTime. Now - LastSave.DateTime. Rather than a system where it

Destiny needed new PvE content months ago. The endgame is so bloody repetitive, and to have exclusive Strike missions for Playstation for a YEAR when we're all paying the same amount for the game and its DLC?

"WHO'S TAB TARGETTING??? ASSIST YOUR DAMN TANK"

Awesome. I just started Ep 2, but haven't had much time to play it when my little ones aren't around. I'd really hoped that this would make choices more impactful than in The Walking Dead. I get that having multiple-choice adventures have deep changes to the story can be hard, but I felt like TWD choices didn't matter

I know! I hadn't gotten this far yet, and now the suspense of the scene is totally ruined for me! Now when I play it I'll have had time to think it through already and it'll totally ruin the immersion. *cries uncontrollably*

I'm really hoping they don't have many "right or wrong" situations with the multiple choice situations. I don't doubt there are negative consequences for some choices of course, but it shouldn't JUST be a negative with no positive in another aspect of the story.

Potentially dumb question, but did you download the DLC for it? Even if you buy the season pass you need to start the download for subsequent episodes, they're not automatically queued up to download. At least, they weren't on my Xbox One.

But, if she rewound and the food was no longer in her stomach, she would have to "un-eat" it as time was rewinding.

Sorry, I assumed you meant graphics only.

Yeah, I didn't mean to imply Destiny had claimed itself an MMO; it's more the community that latched onto their development blurb about "looking to MMOs for inspiration" (not actual quote.) From there, the community seemed to expect a great MMO experience for some reason.

I'm sure it was a mistake in this case, but the MMO term gets thrown around way too loosely these days. In my mind, an MMO requires a persistent world that can hold dozens or hundreds of people in a zone, no pre-game lobbies, no heavy instancing, etc.

Not all of us play the game with the prettiest graphics.

I've been looking for a good deal on Diablo 3. Sadly, it's still $63.99 on Amazon.ca. The wait continues...

No, but they made Xbox users pay the same price for DLC but making one of the two Strike missions (just about the only fun PvE thing to do, and sorely needing more of them) exclusive for a year. On top of the missing Strike from the core game, PS users have 7 Strikes versus our 5. For someone who doesn't PvP much,
