I hate to inject logic into this hot mess, but I have purchased several songs ONLY because I heard them (or even a certain band) on a Twitch stream. I'm just one person, I grant, but that is lost revenue for the artists right there, the opposite of what I assume they were trying to accomplish.

Anything that involves Ron Paul (or his slightly crazier offspring, Rand) is wrong by default.

For the haters xD

As a backer of Chroma Squad, I can't begin to explain how angry this situation makes me.

Don't tell SABAN, they might want a cut.

oh! BTW if you want to watch a rather obscure Anime featuring Scott NcNeil you should check out Ultimate Teacher. it was only dubbed once, and has not been released since. it isn't even available on DVD. so here is the whole movie on YouTube.

Did he win?

"I had an issue with Ubisoft doing this with the Assassin's Creed series and then with Watch_Dogs and pretty much every game they release on PlayStation."

This is sadly not new, and you can chalk it up to "just business", but even as someone with a Playstation 4, I think it's a pretty crummy situation for longtime Xbox Bungie fans.

I just found some more information about the vulnerability Duda used. Gran PC, a coder of the game Stanley Parabl posted this on Twitter after Duda got banned:

They were also quick on the banhammer. Duda has been banned from community aspects (like forums) for 12 months as a user, but he's also locked out of some developer stuff as well. Messing with Steam's code, no matter how harmless the intentions, is something Valve obviously takes pretty seriously.

Little Timmy was suspended for 52 weeks. The difference between 5 and 2 is 3.

Games =/= real life. Nor do they really influence real life behavior, if you trust the behavioral research being performed.

Kotaku's own Stephen Totillo has promised in the past to feature counter arguments to Anita, and yet they have never done so as far as I am aware. When will we see Kotaku keep their promise and stop showing only one side of the argument?

As someone that feels like they've been burned by Bioware's last few releases, I'm hoping the lack of hype is the result of the gaming community becoming more skeptical.

The Five Things that I think and that they should know I am thinking about Inquisition after being tortured with Dragon Age 2:

I want that.... AND PS3.... Power Stone 3. It would become my new obsession... it would replace my obsession of Brawl. That's right Capcom... you've got a Smash Brothers killer on your hands and you're not doing SHIT with it!

YES. It's "I couldn't care less", not "I could care less". English-speaking people could learn from this book too.
