The silhouette of that tuxedo is freaking amazing. I love the late 30's - early 40's influences in the collection, especially in 10, and some of the 80's looks (more visible in the link) are neat too - there's a deco thing that ties them together.

Wow, I feel like I live in a different world. I've been very thin my whole life - metabolism of a rabid hummingbird - until about a year and a half ago when my thyroid abruptly decided to go on sabbatical. I gained a good deal of weight in a short time and suddenly everyone was telling me how good I looked.

Are football players as superstitious as baseball players or hockey players? Because I know that they generally consider making any significant changes to your appearance to be courting bad luck. Think players not changing their socks, growing playoff beards, always doing a spin before exiting the ice, etc.

I usually remember every time I met a person and everything they told me - except their name. I just blank. I call people by the wrong name all too often, and I famously once forgot my own name in front of a large group of people.

Our entire language is illogical. Trying to change the way an entire country (or two?) spells words is even more illogical. It will result in dual spellings for words like the last time a group tried it - tonight/ tonite, grey/gray, though/tho, etc. - which will give those of us with reading disorders even more of…
