My late 60s father loves Lush. Some of his medication dries his skin and he uses their creams and face masks on his hands and loves them. You’ve never met anyone male or female with a bigger moisturizer collection so to me that’s a vote of confidence.

Hmm, well I guess I’m not their target demographic then lol. I only started using Lush into my 30s when I became more discerning as to what I put on my skin and doing some research. I do admire the disposable income of said tweens though.

I adore Lush and wish I could afford it again. They make the most amazing body lotion for my super dry skin.

I use Lush myself at 30. Finding cleansers that don’t dry out my skin but still helps with oiliness is hard.

What is it with other people being so goddamn shitty about other people lives and their lifestyle choices? These are the same people who can’t imagine a married couple being childless by choice. Not everyone wants the same things in life but that doesn’t mean their lives are without content.

That not visiting thing! My extended family (that is estranged now) doesn’t realize one of the cracks in the family started because they wouldn’t visit my dad who had liver cancer. Seeing as he was going to die within 4 months, it would not have killed them to get off their asses once and visit.

If you have the time and the money, cooking lots of nutritious meals and filling his freezer with them might help. Small portions of tasty meals of protein and vegetables to keep him going when he can’t cook and has little appetite.
