I feel like there should be some kind of discussion with either your doctors or hospital staff before you give birth of what to expect. It's just so shocking to be completely unprepared for what comes after you leave!!!

I was just sharing my experience. Not that I didn't understand the article, just sharing.
But they only care about them inside the womb, once you're out you're on your own sucker. Maybe don't have a baby you can't afford next time!!!
Thank you for pointing out that while my comment was related to the article, it was not exactly what the article was about. Internet police save the day again by making sure all comments are exactly and only related to what was discussed.
That is just INSANE and I am so sorry. Did you have any idea what it would cost before you gave birth?? Just asking because I literally had no clue what the delivery would cost me until the bill came!
I honestly had no idea how much giving birth would cost and I was shocked by the bill amount. I never gave any thought to it beforehand and was super thankful that I did have insurance that covered nearly all of it!!
I gave birth to my son in 2007. The bills from the hospital were around $17,000 (had a "minor" complication in that my son stopped breathing for 2-3 minutes after he came out so he had to have some extra tests and monitoring). All told after my insurance I paid $267 of it. I guess my insurance was just really good?

I never said privilege is not a thing. Duh it is. But when you treat a privileged person like shit because you are not, that only makes you a shitty person.
Holy crap!! Gabby Douglas looks soooo grown up!!! I didn't even recognize her!
I think a more important step is to stop having people consider any group of people more or less significant than others. In case you haven't read other comments on this post, there is a lot of "well, I'm not a pretty person so I get treated differently but fuck those stupid pretty people no one wants to be friends…
So again, you are saying that because they don't have the SAME problems as someone unattractive or poor, their problems don't mean anything. Please don't lecture me on Maslow, I have a degree in psychology, and also, be careful to assume that someone who is rich or pretty feels super confident and never lonely or is…
Just to clarify, are you saying that just because someone is rich or attractive they can't possibly have problems? Or that because of their attractiveness or richness their problems somehow do not matter as much as the problems of those who aren't rich and pretty?
Have you found any version that you can download?? All I can find is the portion in the trailer?
Also another thing to consider- if both you and your company pay for a portion of your insurance, and your company says bc violates my religious beliefs and you say bc does NOT violate my religious beliefs, who gets their beliefs to be considered more important in the eyes of the law?
Yes almost all insurance covers birth control it's just a matter of what kind of payment that they usually expect as a copay. Also the issue is that birth control is often prescribed for many reasons beyond contraception (such as acne or endometriosis) so the bigger question is can a company object to something based…
Where did Danny go when she was at the strip club that first night??? Did she leave him in the car??
But they aren't being asked to cover it, insurance companies are. Bc is already covered by insurance the issue is whether or not there is a copay. If an employee is paying for a portion of their insurance why would the organization they work for get full say in what medication they are provided? Also, why does a…
