Oh please. So many people overcome those obstacles and still manage to workout. It's not like we are talking about something impossible. Life ain't always easy or comfortable but you make your own decisions on how hard you'll work to overcome those obstacles. Own it either way. I'm sorry for suggesting that people try

No I don't have an off button. But you have the ability to stop responding and asking questions or reading this. Funny how that works.

I can only imagine how angry you get when someone posts a "no excuses!" Motivational poster on Facebook with a picture of someone at the gym.

Now who is the one being judgmental? So weird how in one breath you tell me to have empathy and in the next make a statement indicating I'm a bitch because I quit smoking. Awfully judgey there for someone telling me not to judge people.

Of course you don't. But yoU made the decision to comment and then got offended by the response. Kinda silly.

No I really don't give a fuck if you're fat skinny an alcoholic a drug addict, those are all your choices. Be what you want to be. But don't make up bullshit excuses for not doing something.

You joined the party no one invited you in.

Had the exact same thought. Has this been a question I've been unaware of?? Literally never once heard any mumbling about her sexual orientation before right now.

Oh please spare me the dramatics.

That is exactly what I would always say!! There would be a right time eventually, but it wasn't today...there were things and stuff and it would be too stressful if I quit NOW. Next week maybe? Good for you and stay strong! It gets a little easier after the second week or so!! Good luck!!

What I was saying is that hypothetically, had someone told me they could not work out due to a lack of options in clothing to buy, I would say that is a BS excuse. Large chested and larger women are NOT the only ones who have to deal with fits or colors or choices that are not ideal. I was simply responding to the

No no, see I had to keep repeating my point because people were making wild inferences about what I was saying. So I had to continue to reiterate the only point I was bringing up was about making excuses.

Also wanted to add that not everyone has large boobs. So some people can just wear a regular bra and work out. Like myself. People are assuming I've seen their breasts when responding. You may not be able to do it, but it doesn't mean no one can.

Never once judged anyone. Just said excuses are bullshit. Plenty of women with large breasts workout and have sports bras that allow them to do so comfortably. So someone saying that doesn't exist or there needs to be more of them is making an excuse for people who don't want to try. You can find a way around lots of

Sorry it wasn't clear. But I think people will take things as a personal attack when they want to, regardless of whether I say you or someone.

Never once did I shame fat people. I said excuses are bullshit. Does it not speak more to a self centered sense of entitlement to say that because "fill in the blank" isn't perfectly designed to make ME feel comfortable so I'm not going to do it?

When someone tells me an excuse, yea, it becomes something I get to have an opinion on. Not saying anyone on here did, but what I was saying is that if someone came to me and said I can't exercise because workout clothes suck, I would say that's a bullshit excuse.

Demolitionwoman's comment was stemming from someone saying its sad that people are getting fatter, and her saying fuck off with that and talking about being glued to screens instead of being active. Then said, make bigger clothes so people can be active.

That's the whole thing about excuses though in life. You can come up with a million different reasons to not do something, and more power to you (general you) for finding new and creative ways to get out of doing something. But why waste the time making up an excuse when you can just be like "DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!"

My point was not just for running. If you don't have a suitable bra that makes it comfortable for you to run, do something else. There are lots of forms of exercise that don't involve running. Walking, riding a bike, swimming.
