I get what you’re saying, that there’s no “beating Animal Crossing” and that it’s all about finding the zen of just doing, but there’s also something to be said about being SO frustrated by being constantly blocked from doing those things that bring the zen that you just no longer want to play.

the environment looks NOTHING like the continental United States

“Just chatting” why do you think we’re all here to watch you, Tim?

My reading comprehension is fine, what you’re doing is being a sour infant in the middle of someone’s death. Period. There’s nothing more to it.

Honestly? I’ve never even read it. Or her work (yet, I’ll give it a shot now). But to just come onto THIS article in particular just to “nuh-uh” at someone sad over her passing and trying to leave a kind comment to her achievements is one of the more juvenile life-choices you’ve made this year. Gross.

It’s very possible that Remilia didn’t want this to be part of her story because she was minimizing attacks against her while she was alive and deeply entrenched within a hateful community (I mean, check these comments for the smallest tip of the iceberg of what she dealt with every day, imagine how bad it would be if

Transwomen are women, the world health organization agrees. Go pout about it all you want, doesn’t make it less true, just makes you a hateful TERF.

It doesn’t really matter if you read it. It matters to the failing-closeted trans kid that gets bullied every day that there ARE brighter days out there. There’s something better for us out there than what popular media, and what often feels like literally everyone (heya, greys) tells trans people every day.

As someone with like 60~ snakes in the house including one laying eggs as we speak (so that number is in flux lol), this article was the best. Bravo for not killing the poor stringbean despite your fear!

I mean... okay, I’mma tell you this: on one hand, never ever pick up a snake you’re not 10000% sure about (it’s so easy to just use a broom and gently shuffle them away, they get the idea). On the other hand, a copperhead bite is a hot bite but it’s the mildest one you can get in north america, and from a juvi you

Fully aware, but you also need to read the scene with modern audiences. For example, if this was a lynching where the black guy just *barely escapes*, only to turn around to get eaten by the clown in the opening act, and then the rest of the movie is the half-comedy we got, do you think the current world would be okay

I was coming here to see if anyone would mention it. For all the comedy we’re all talking about it seems incongruous and atrocity-tourism at best.

O...obviously? Wow, the “evangelion is SO overrated you guys” came fast this time though.

More and more countries are openly showing Pride parades/stands/colors/etc, which leads to more companies showing the colors in support, which leads to more cultural support worldwide. It works in a wave.

“Except it’s also actually good.”

Sure! You used the word transmisogyny when transmen (and arguably other nonbinary) are affected by the comment just as much, you know? It just feels unnecessarily segregating.

(I mean, no need to branch down, you can straight up call “did you assume my gender” transphobia without locking out half or more of the people affected by the comment)

This feels like maybe the best spot to say my mulling over about this E3: Pre-E3, me and many of my friends were singing the death of E3, that it wouldn’t be long for this world. But now that we’re on the flipside I’m wondering if the consoles are just going to bow out in favor of major publishers taking a stand up to

(again)

Media and books are legally different beasts, how do you not understand that?
