I was checking those clouds myself. They're there in the XO version, but with no proper atmosphere effecting them they're grey. You gotta look really close.

I just hit up the eshop and it 'stopped' me to let me know the patch is out, but now I'm curious. How does one actually use that qrcode? I took a photo of it like a dummy but it didn't seem to care.
