EcoBoost, to me, and apparently a lot of other folks, sounds like it makes efficiency a high priority. They logo even has a stupid little leaf on it!

FlexFuel is the biggest scam of all time, but for a totally different reason.

I would say EcoBoost is less of a marketing scam than FlexFuel, “I’m saving the enviroment my car can run in E85, Do you? No the mileage sucks and it is hard to find.”

I wish more people agreed with you... unfortunately, however, there are a LOT of people who buy these things for the look and then never haul anything larger than a gallon of milk with it.

Also a lot of people will haul air with it. There are 3 people at my gym alone that have diesel 3/4-1 ton truck as a daily driver.

FRAM was the OEM supplier to Ferrari for a big chunk of their history (they sponsored the racing team). If you want your Ferrari to be car show correct, you might need a FRAM.

Drive it into a one-exit tunnel, dynamite the entrance, rip up and dynamite the track. People who know where it is are either killed or don’t talk and aren’t able to get back to where the train is. Unlikely, but possible.

I’ve had 5 friends who have all owned 335’s at one time or another. All 5 of those had their fuel pumps fail among lots of other problems.
