One has to wonder just how the hell an automotive lifestyle brand founded by the late Ken Block wound up over a billion dollars in debt just over a decade after it was founded.

Hoonigan got bought out by Wheelpros a few years ago, and then Wheelpros and Hoonigan merged under the Hoonigan brand. The brand we know likely did NOT have all that debt

I’m from Maine -that counts as “rust free” in my book. Surface rust? Who cares? If you are going to restore it you are going to sandblast and repaint it anyway. The metal is still all there, and it has floors, sills and fenders.

Look up Defunct Auto Racing Series on Wikipedia. These folks will make a small fortune if they start with a very large one.
