you know what, I was a tremendous dork as a kid, and seeing screech hang with the cool kids gave me the confidence to be myself and find some cool friends.  And no one deserves this.  Poor guy didn’t deserve this.

I mean, I’ve had the book since it came out, and I’m on page 60 or something like that. It really feels like they’re trying to set up 30 books in one. For example, with Elzar being a force tinkerer, you don’t see him using the force in a crazy new way in the book, another Jedi tells you that he does that.

I am having such a hard time getting into this book. I realize they have to do a lot of set up and introductions, but there is SO much telling, and so little showing... it’s such a slog.

FINALLY! I once ran the Nightwing fan club. he’s my favorite. Since the Dixon series ended I’ve waited for something like this. It makes a big difference that Jim Lee is a Nightwing fan. He’s finally getting some credit.

It’s no longer enough to mock people with these beliefs. We can’t be smug in our intellectual superiority anymore. We HAVE to start attacking the roots of the problem and educate the masses who fall for this crap.
