My brother, a 6'7" pasty white dude, went to a Halloween party as Flavor Flav - wearing a kitchen clock around his neck, hat sideways, white-rimmed sunglasses, a little bit of jewelry, no blackface, no disrespect. Everybody got it, nobody was offended.

The most interesting thing I've eaten with pumpkin ale as an ingredient was pumpkin ale gelato. It tasted like creamy pumpkin-y ale. It was super strange, but the flavors were definitely there.
