Any rhyme or reason to your frequency? I do it about once every 6 months - before winter and before summer. No rhyme or reason to my frequency.

Everything on Calendar (fka as iCal). Kids appts, wife working schedule (alternating medical field schedule), my happy hours, everything.
After commuting for 80 miles roundtrip for 3.5 years it was important to me to find a job near my house. I used www.indeed.com to search for job titles like mine in my area. The result? A job I love almost as much as my 15 minutes commute.
"Old White Lincoln," The Gaslight Anthem - Nice; I also like Great Expectations and '59 Sound off the same album ('59 Sound) for workout jams.
I prefer a Mac.
I was getting laid off from a job and looking to purchase a new home. (great combo, right?) I focused my search on an area with a high concentration of jobs that match my skills and I was fortunate to score an awesome job 10 minutes from my new house. My previous commute was 1.5 hours round-trip and NOT WORTH IT. I…
Haven't experienced that problem but I tend to like the sounds I hear while working out. Whether in the gym or outside. Maybe it's just me?
For sure. These are my go-to cheap headphones. I go through a couple of pairs a year. Phillips Cheapo's
After you finish your meal immediately put some water in there and toss it back in the microwave for a 15 seconds. That will make cleanup even easier and you won't be that guy soaking his dish all afternoon at the company sink. I work with one of those people. I'm glad your eating your leftovers, but I don't want to…
What do you use them for? Seems like a waste of time to log into all those accounts once every 3-4 months.
Forward everything to 1 and deal with it from there. Make it a useful email address too. Consider purchasing your name as a domain and setup a couple of email address there. I bought my name and have everything forwarded there. After a couple of months of setting up labels/rules everything works smoothly. I went from…
Good cheese tip. In my college days (aka FAT days) I'd dip the whole thing in ranch dressing or nacho cheese dip intended for chips. Delicious but you'll need new pants.
Looking to get rid of a pile of old DVD's - any suggestions? Best Buy or Amazon? Something else?
Good to know. I didn't throw Office at it yet but I might. I was working on Sim City 4 but it's a 2 disc install and that throws it off. Been going through the forums looking for tips. Might still pickup the software package for a good price.
I checked out the list a little bit. Maybe I'll give the demo a shot with some software I have around the house.
Hasn't this been debunked before?
I wouldn't go that far. Not everyone in the Midwest lives in Omaha or Des Moines. The Mpls/St. Paul area is quite expensive to live in, especially if you have other things to consider such as school districts. My wife and I live just outside of Mpls (5 miles) and could never afford our area on $60k/year.
Does Crossover work though? I've looked at the website and might try the demo. Anyone speak of it personally on a 4 year old MacBook?
Our time is coming. Great. I just called Comcast last week to lower my bill. I was looking for $60/month for basic channels and internet. They could not do it because I was "unbundling". I could get as low as $90. I settled on a plan for $101 with a ton of channels I probably won't watch. I hate Comcast. Tried an…
