Who is the S/C sourced from?

While im sure cost would be an issue and I would not be attending I say they go to other countrys at least once in a blue moon. Like the time they went to Japan.

What exactly were the track workers doing with an umbrella, brrom, and leaf blower? Clean up I get it but while there is a melee going on the track right behind the guy with the leaf blower?
