Chroming requires expensive equipment and facilities.  Powder-coating is much more accessible.

A couple things. If the V is getting the Magnesium wheels, it would be a safe bet to assume that the Z06 or higher end Corvettes will get them as well. The carbon wheels seem hard to come by (as a manufacturer) and are crazy expensive. I bet the magnesium are a little cheaper and easier to get.

I find Starbucks definition of “essential” pretty biased. As an attorney, not only am I essential, I am basically a super hero. I fight for justice. Uphold laws and stuff.  Mind you I do this from the comfort of my home office and I don’t wear pants some days. I want my free coffee.

Wouldn’t this be a strong argument for forged lightweight wheels?

I don’t think they are changing anything with the engine. My understanding is the trans/engine in the current LT1 car can’t really handle that kind of power. However, a ZO6 version will spin to 9000, and have a rumored nearly 700 hp. Which is likely what they will use.

There are a couple other articles on this. The rear lights are integrated right into the chain (belt?) stays. The motor is alleged to be removable as well.

I LOVE my air fryer and use it as often or more so than my microwave.  Perhaps one of the instant pots with the air fryer lid?

I have seen this online and want to do it to the one I have.  It doesn’t look too bad.  Thoughts on the final outcome?

I bought one a few months ago at the beginning of the pandemic. Amazing little bike. Horrible for long rides, but for tooling around town there is probably nothing better.

I think a really fancy and luxurious interior is very complicated to manufacture.

Kind of surprised it was lifted with the carbon ceramics.... would probably save 40lbs, and help with this sort of handling quite a bit.

SLIDESHOW? Like one of those janky sites that never really gets to the actual point and is actualy 47 slides of moving buttons instead of 1 damn webpage?

Not that you want to cross promote too much, but the straight pipes guys are awesome. Great videos.  Still #teamjakub

The Raptor seemed like a game changer.  This feels a lot like a money grab.  It looks good, and I hope it is as good as they intend.

It’s an available option in the configurator, and shows up when you select it.  It was previously available on the GTS Targa4 as well.  It appears to only be the super duper sport models and the turbos that do not have it available.

You can spec it with the 7-speed manual.

Bowflex. So good at making you feel like a lazy piece of shit as you walk by it every day. I suggest putting it in the kitchen, the guilt when you reach for that second pint of ice cream is overwhelming. Not so much that you don’t eat it, but enough that you tell yourself tomorrow, yes, tomorrow will be the day you

I have to agree somewhat.  While I believe the Rubicon to be a certified badass, I strongly doubt that the base model anything without lockers or limited slip would make it up those trails.  Which isn’t to say the base Bronco would, all of these seem to have the big tire upgrade.
